Go to our Services page, scroll down to our Contact Form. Fill out the form for a customized proposal. From that point, we will be able to direct you through the booking process. All appointments require a deposit and signed contract agreement to be booked.

Our team can accommodate large bridal parties of any size.  

We require a minimum of 3 hair and/or makeup services for all on-location, weekend/ special events/appointments; Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

We accept bookings up to one year in advance. Generally, most people book 6-9 months prior to their event. Keep in mind that our team is in high demand so we suggest booking as soon as you have a confirmed event date.

Yes. All appointments require a deposit and signed contract agreement to reserve the time and date of your event or service. 

Cancellations may be made up to 60 days before the event date. All deposits made to reserve the date are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event you decide to cancel your event within 59 days or less of the event date, 100% of the total cost of services within your contract agreement is due upon notice of cancellation. 

We currently accept cash and Zelle as our payment options.

Most trial appointments are scheduled during the week, Monday - Thursday, in- studio. We  typically reserve our weekends, Friday - Sunday, for weddings and special events. 

No. Gratuity is not included in our pricing but it is always accepted.

Yes, we take pride in being able to work with a wide variety of clientele. 

We dedicate 1 hour per service, for the Bride, Quinceanera or main attendant. For the bridal party and other attendants, we generally dedicate 30 - 45 minutes per hair service and 45 mins - 1 hour for makeup services.

No, we typically do not create a timed schedule. We ask everyone listed on the contract agreement to be there at the start of the service timeline.

We offer both traditional and airbrush makeup services. The key distinction between airbrush makeup and traditional makeup is the way the product is applied. Airbrush makeup is more of a natural, skin-like finish and tends to last longer while traditional makeup can range from a natural dewy glow to a matte/full coverage. Airbrush makeup is included with makeup services at artists discretion or if requested by client. 

Yes, faux lashes are complimentary with all makeup services. Mink lashes are also available upon request for an additional fee.

Please wax lips and/or face at least one week prior to makeup appointment/ event. Waxing takes off a thin layer of the skin which can cause makeup to not adhere properly. Threading is OK but we also suggest to thread your face or brows at least 3 days prior to your service, allowing time for possible skin irritation to subside.

We suggest shampooing your hair 24 hours prior to your service. We prefer one day old hair, not dirty or greasy hair. When washing your hair, please only add conditioner to your ends and not to the scalp. Hair must be clean and dry prior to service. Wet hair adds more time to our scheduled services, there will be a $25 fee if we have to blow dry your hair.

Upon completion of all services, your artist will provide any last minute hair and/or makeup touch ups that may be needed.  Once this is done, your artists will leave and will not stay for additional touch ups past that point.  Any requests for touch ups past the contracted service finish time is for an additional cost. Please let us know when booking if you would like to request additional time for touch ups.

Two weeks prior to your event.

No. Please have all family and/or party members make their payments to the person signing the service contract agreement. That person is the responsible party who will submit the payment(s) to The Muah Co.
